Outdoor Adventures Ministry, Inc. is the outreach ministry to the un-churched, and churched. The ministry is a non-denominational, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to Igniting passion for God with His word of truth in the great outdoors. Our mission to the un-churched is to reach out with the love and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. With our new upcoming outdoor online magazine and helping church’s provide purposeful outreach activities we will see lives changed for all of eternity. Our mission to the churched is to provide encouragement, consulting, and tools to challenge their youth and adults in their church to grow together in their faith, making them a more effective witness for Jesus Christ through outdoor recreation. We continually need churches and their congregations to capture this vision to truly make a difference. We want to encourage the participation of all people with family involvement through dad's and their kids and mom's and their kids. In this very difficult time we want to Honor the faithful families of our military, and provide a place for support to hopefully ease some of the stress through fellowship, and activities based recreation. We also will expand this ministry to help individuals with terminal illness fulfill a dream they may have, in the outdoors. We will always, seek the Lord first for His guidance in this ever-changing ministry. Lives are being transformed through His great outdoors. Why do we promote the outdoors through our ministry? Well ! People respond through things they enjoy. Getting someone into a boat, to an archery range or a bike ride is sometimes easier than getting them to the door of a church. A fishing adventure or a walk in the woods is very therapeutic and allows for the relaxation of mind and spirit. Many times people are so pre-occupied with the day to day grind that they forget what fun is. When we are tense we tend to clam up and think of only ourselves. Outdoor Adventures Ministry tries to break down this pre-occupation by doing something different than the norm and make participants see that God is involved in everything that touches their lives. If there is one thing we can be sure of about God, by reading his word is ALL people matter to him, that is what he spends his time thinking about. So they need to matter to us. The great thing about the outdoors is that it is all around us. We don't have to go 100's of miles to see what God has made for us. Outdoor Adventures Ministry. is a small group of fully devoted followers of Christ who use what's available to promote God's message. Many times going to a small lake or park is all we can afford but God is still present in the little things. When we do promote a more extensive trip we try to keep the fee reasonable to allow all who feel called to participate. We many times offer scholarships to those who cannot afford the experience with the hope that God will bless us through free will offerings. As a small organization we lack the financial means to own property at this time. We rely on the public areas to conduct our activities. We also need churches and their congregations to capture this vision to truly make a difference. We also rely on the generosity of the business community to allow us use of their lodges and retreat centers. If you feel that you have been blessed and want to share a place to hunt on your property, or have a public hunting spot and want to share it with others, let us know. What makes this ministry work is through the cooperation of of people just like you. Outdoor Adventures Ministry. is dedicated to sharing God's word through his great outdoors. Doing it in the Twin Cities area up north or in other countries makes no difference as long as God is being lifted up.What we do:
